Sometimes stories can be heavily one-sided to the point that it does not do justice to what actually happened.  This can happen in everyday occurrences all the way to big legal proceedings.  It can happen with family and strangers alike, ranging from our next of kin to the media.  Well that is what has happened in the case with Jeanette Ryken.

 

Jeanette’s story is one of allegations of attempted murder placed by her fraternal niece, Alexandra Ryken, and Jeanette’s estranged husband, Miguel Martinez., despite evidence to the contrary.  Like a rogue wave, Jeanette did not see this false accusation coming, and like the rogue wave, everything that Jeanette valued and loved was either taken away or destroyed.

This website is intended to bring to light what is really happening and being reviewed by the Superior Court of Justice in Ontario, Canada.  It is also a victim impact statement outlining what Jeanette has had to suffer and endure, but also gives balance to the negative media out in cyberspace.  It shows Jeanette Ryken’s side of the story; one that – until the posting of this website – has not been told.
